The Rosella Studio is a large sunny and inviting room with a queen bed, cane lounge setting and a dining table. There is a kitchenette and ensuite.

The studio can sleep up to four by utilising a double sofa bed and can easily accommodate and extra single bed. All beds have electric blankets.

Large windows along one side have a northerly aspect. There is reverse cycle air-conditioner, TV/DVD and tea/coffee.

A breakfast hamper consisting of cereals, juice, fresh fruit, breads and bacon and farm fresh eggs is provided.

The verandah has cane chairs and a barbeque.

7 August 2010 - Lovely room, beautiful bed! Room had everything we needed for a great night. It seemed like the warmest place in Tumut. Kale and Lynda - Canberra.

23 - 24 July 2010 - What else can you ask for, peaceful and tranquil surrounds, excellent hosts and a very well appointed and accommodating room. The breakfast of wonderful farm fresh eggs and bacon to the sounds of birds. What an excellent start of a new day. Who can forget the hosts dog Jessie our first visitor each day. Our stay was too short. Thank you Dorothy and Tony for opening your home. Malcolm and Eve.
