Terms and Conditions

Bookings are subject to the following conditions, please read carefully.

Credit card details are required at the time of booking to confirm.
Cancellation policy applies, see below
Check in time: after 2 pm or by prior arrangement
Check out time : before 11 am.
Early or late check in/out available if unit is vacant at an additional cost of $50.

Cancellation policy

30 days: no charge
14 days: $50 administration fee
48 hours: one night room rate
24 hours or no show: 100% of the booking will be debited from the credit card account provided as security, we will gladly give a full refund (less 1.5% credit card surcharge) should we fill the empty unit.
